Update: My Indie Author Reading Goal
The Goal: Read 25 Indie Books between July and December 2012.
Before starting this challenge, I was in a bit of a reading slump. I had read and re-read all the books by my favorite authors and found myself needing something new. I spent hours and hours scouring the big book stores, but I just couldn’t seem to find anything that really grabbed my attention.
I’m thrilled to say my reading slump is over!
I’m off to a great start with this goal, polishing off 7 of the 25 books in the first month. One of the best things about this challenge is that it has introduced me to some awesome ‘New to Me’ authors that I will definitely be following.

Stay posted to find The Soul’s Mark: FOUND at your favorite online retailer. It will soon be available at Ingram Digital, Kobo Books, Google ebookstore, Sony Readerstore,
Apple iBooks (iTunes)
I want to extend a special thank you to everyone who has taken the time to post a review for my book. I’m just thrilled that you all are enjoying The Soul’s Mark: FOUND!
And last but surely not least, I wanted to share an awesome website for great reviews and book recommendations.
Josie’s Haven: http://josies-haven.blogspot.ca/
It’s hard to find good, honest reviews that give enough details to let you know if you will like the story but also do not give the whole story away. I have been struggling with this for a long time because most reviews contain spoilers and you are not always warned.
Josie’s Haven provides great reviews and recommendations and she doesn’t post spoilers. She gives you a summary of the book, her likes, her dislikes and her recommendations. And she also provides links to the author so you don’t have to go searching when you find the read you want. So next time you are searching for your next read, check out her blog.
Josie’s Haven is also on Facebook and Goodreads. So don’t forget to follow her reviews and like her on Facebook.

The Soul’s Mark: FOUND Has Been Reviewed!
Well folks, the first pre-launch review is in and I wanted to share it with everyone.
To see the review go to: http://www.goodreads.com/review/show/334213200
I would like to extend a special thank you to the few randomly selected readers who agreed to read and review The Soul’s Mark: FOUND before the official release date.
I must admit, it’s a bit nerve racking to have my work officially reviewed. It’s a terrifying feeling to ask people to read and honestly review something that you have poured your heart and soul into and it was definitely a hard decision to make. But I know that my readers deserve to have honest, unbiased feedback, which is way in the end I decided to approach a few people to read and review my book. And now, as the reviews start coming in, it is absolutely mind-blowing to have positive feedback from someone other than family and friends. I hope you all enjoy my work as much as Elesia did!

Read this book in one day, it had me captivated from beginning to end! I loved the bond between Mitchell and Amelia. They were always fighting and challenging each other, but they never walked on ice around each other and I liked that. Really, Really loved this book!
